We will pick you up from your riad/hotel in Casablanca or the airport and drive to Chefchaouen for about 5 hours, most of it through the scenic Rif Mountains where there will be plenty of photo opportunities.
Make a stop on the way in Ouazzan, a town where Muslims and Jews lived together for centuries. Here, you’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, soaking in the town’s tranquil atmosphere.
In the afternoon, arrive in Chefchaouen, famously known as “The Blue City.” Wander through its blue-painted streets, admire the unique architecture, and settle into your traditional riad in the medina for a relaxing evening.

On the second day of our 7-day Morocco itinerary, you will have a full day to explore the beautiful town of Chefchaouen at your own pace. Walk through its narrow blue streets, stop by local artisan shops, and soak in the town’s relaxed atmosphere.
Chefchaouen’s history dates back to the 15th century, when Muslims and Jews fleeing Spain settled here, shaping its unique character. You can visit the Kasbah Museum, and the main square, Plaza Uta el-Hammam, to learn more about the town’s past.
For a stunning panoramic view of the city, take a short hike to the Spanish Mosque, especially beautiful at sunset.

After breakfast in your riad, travel to Fes, stopping at two of Morocco’s most important historical sites.
Your first stop is Volubilis, a UNESCO-listed Roman ruin dating back to the 2nd century BC. Walk among the beautiful mosaics, grand columns, and ancient structures, getting a glimpse into Morocco’s Roman past.
Next, go to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities, which was the capital during the 17th century. Here, you will explore the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the Sahrij Souani reservoir, and the famous Bab Mansour Gate, known for its impressive design. You will also visit the bustling El Hedim Square, where storytellers, musicians, and snake charmers create a lively atmosphere.
By evening, arrive in Fes, where you will check into your traditional riad or hotel and relax.

Today, leave Fes for the Sahara Desert. Pass through the Middle Atlas Mountains, enjoying the lush landscapes and fresh mountain air.
Your first stop is Ifrane, called “the Switzerland of Morocco” due to its European-style architecture. Next, visit the Cedar Forest in Azrou, where you can see and feed the playful Barbary monkeys.
From there, continue to Midelt, where you will stop for lunch at a local restaurant, before driving through the breathtaking Ziz Valley, known for its lush palm groves and dramatic mountain vistas.
In the late afternoon, you will be in Merzouga, where you will be welcomed with mint tea and ride your camels for an authentic camel trek to watch the sunset in the heart of Erg Chebbi dunes and spend a memorable night with millions of shiny stars, enjoy a tasty dinner, drums party and overnight in your private luxury tent with private bathroom and hot shower.

Wake up early to watch the sunrise at the top of the nearest big dune, Once you have breakfast, you will return with the camels, or by 4×4 as you like to meet your driver. Drive to Rissani for a walk through the economic capital of southern Morocco, visiting its local market, full of colors, smells, and flavors.
Your next stop is Todra Gorge, an incredible canyon valley formed by impressive rock walls that reach 300 m in height. Enjoy a walk through the gorge.
Have lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Dades Valley. Check into your hotel or riad, where you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and a relaxing evening.

After breakfast at your hotel, set off towards Marrakech, traveling via the road of thousands of kasbahs and Berber villages.
Stop in Ouarzazate, the “the Hollywood of Africa”, and visit the Taourirt Kasbah and Atlas Film Studios.
Next, arrive at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed kasbah and one of Morocco’s most iconic historical sites, where movies like “Game of Thrones”, “The Gladiator”, and “The Jewel of the Nile” were filmed. Explore its alleys and mud-brick architecture, and climb to the top for panoramic views.
After the visit, you will cross the High Atlas Mountains, passing through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m). Along the way, stop for lunch at a local restaurant, before continuing through the scenic Berber villages and valleys.
By evening, arrive in Marrakech, where your Morocco itinerary 7 days from Casablanca comes to an end. and drop off at your accommodation or airport.
