Extraordinary 2 Day Fes To Marrakech Sahara Tour
2 day Fes to Marrakech Sahara tour is in our humble opinion the better way to use 2-day Fes to Marrakech desert tour than by traveling through the majestic, the marvelous, and magical Morocco. We make sure to gather the most important, including Fes, Merzouga desert, Todra gorges, and plenty of villages and grieves to relax. After camel trekking experience and a night spent in Berber camp, you will feel Moroccan in no time.
Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga (Desert Camp)
A private driver from Viajes Morocco company, will pick you up from your hotel/riad in the morning to start your 2 Days Desert trip Fes to Marrakech, drive to Merzouga Sahara Desert through the Middle Atlas mountains, where the first stop will be in Ifrane, known as Morocco’s Switzerland, which was established by the French in 1930, and Azrou, where we’ll get a chance to explore the famous Cedar forest, home of the Berber apes.
We’ll continue on Mountain roads overlooking the Ziz Valley, passing through Kasbahs as well as palm groves, head toward Erg Chebbi. Upon arrival, we will start our camel ride to the desert camp, after stops in the middle of the golden sand dunes, enjoying watching the beautiful sunset, continuing to the camp, where after a traditional dinner we will spend the night in the night in the middle of dunes.
Day 2: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
On your second day of Fes to Marrakech 2 day Morocco tour, you will wake up early to enjoy the incredible image of the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. After that, ride the camel back to the hotel for a delicious breakfast. Then, be ready for an amazing drive to Marrakech passing by Todra Gorges, Kelaat Mgouna, Dades Valley, Skoura, and Ouarzazate, where we will have lunch. On a full stomach, we will have a stop in the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou or a quick visit depending on the season, then start crossing the impressive High Atlas mountains through Tizi-n-Tichka pass, while enjoying superb views and authentic Berber villages on the way. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon/evening, drop you off at your accommodation where our 2-day from Fes to Marrakech via the Sahara desert ends.
